Development Choices
A successful custom knitted sweater connects the visual direction with practical production decisions. We review the complete specification before sampling and quotation.
Fiber composition, yarn count, hand feel, warmth, durability, garment weight and target price are considered together.
1GG–16GG capability supports chunky sweaters, commercial mid-gauge products and lightweight fine-gauge knitwear.
Buyer colors, Pantone direction, stripes, jacquard, intarsia, placement graphics and repeat patterns can be reviewed.
Silhouette, neckline, shoulder, sleeve, body length, grading and measurement tolerances are confirmed through sampling.
Neck labels, care labels, hang tags, buttons, zippers, patches and selected decorative components can be coordinated.
Buyer-specific polybags, barcodes, carton marks, size ratios, retail presentation and export packing are reviewed.

Decoration Capability
Custom sweaters with logo embroidery can carry brand marks, lettering, placement motifs and decorative artwork while retaining the texture and structure of a knitted garment. Custom embroidered sweaters and custom embroidered jumpers can be developed from buyer artwork for branded collections.
Embroidery is reviewed according to artwork size, thread colors, stitch density, placement, backing, garment measurements and the stability of the underlying knit. A development sample helps confirm whether the embroidery remains flat, secure and visually balanced without stretching or distorting the sweater.
