What is the MOQ for custom women’s sweaters?

MOQ can start from approximately 500 pieces per style for selected women’s knitwear programs. Final MOQ depends on yarn, gauge, color quantity, size range, garment complexity, labels and packing requirements.

How long does women’s sweater sampling take?

Initial sample development commonly takes around 7–10 days after the style, measurements, yarn, gauge and colors are confirmed. Complex structures, special yarns or multiple fitting revisions may require additional time.

What is the normal bulk production time?

Bulk production time depends on quantity, size range, yarn availability, style complexity, testing requirements and factory schedule. Small to medium orders may be planned around 20-30 days after sample approval, while larger programs require a confirmed production plan.

Can you develop a sweater from a photo or reference sample?

Yes. Development can begin from a reference image, physical sample, sketch, technical pack or measurement chart. The final construction is reviewed according to yarn, gauge, fit, appearance and production feasibility.

Which women’s knitwear categories can you produce?

We support women’s pullovers, cardigans, sweater vests, knitted tops, cropped knitwear, dresses, ponchos, lightweight summer knits and selected fashion knitwear from 1GG to 16GG.

Yes. Services can include style development, yarn sourcing, sampling, fitting revisions, private labels, hang tags, packing, quality control and bulk production according to the confirmed buyer specifications.

Can yarn composition and color be customized?

Yes. Yarn composition, yarn count, hand feel and color can be reviewed according to the required appearance, target price, season and market. Color development can follow Pantone or an approved physical color reference.

How do you control fit and sizing during development?

Fit is reviewed using the buyer’s measurement chart, reference garment or target customer profile. Sample measurements, garment balance and key fitting points are checked before bulk production is confirmed.
